While we generally operate as a processor, the Trainer serves as the controller, ultimately responsible for determining how their Client's personal information is utilized.
Nevertheless, to fulfill regulatory obligations and uphold legal rights, we may need to process the following types of Client personal information as a controller:
- Fundamental personal and contact details (including name, date of birth, gender, and email address).
- Username and password.
- Sign-on information shared with third parties (in cases where a Client accesses the Services through a third-party interface, such as a social media platform).

Clients can share personal information with Trainers through the Platform's communication channels.
Trainers bear the responsibility of safeguarding Clients' collected personal information and processing it in compliance with relevant data protection laws. Clients with inquiries about Trainers' privacy practices are encouraged to reach out to the Trainers directly.
a- Client Data: Personal trainer-client relationships are protected, and we do not share client data with third parties.
